2.5 Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and any non-natural persons are not eligible to register an Account.

3.3 tk3666 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, provided that we have acted in accordance with your instructions or the instructions of a person reasonably believed by us to be you.
3.4 All activity conducted through your Account, whether by you or by another person using your credentials, is your responsibility. tk3666 is under no obligation to investigate whether any particular transaction was authorised by you.
3.2 You must notify tk3666 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.
4.4 tk3666 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
4.5 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time where the payment method supports instant settlement. In the event of a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and registered in your own name. tk3666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed in your Account cashier. tk3666 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request; however, additional verification steps may extend this period.
5.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds remaining after wagering requirements have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
5.5 tk3666 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.2 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and registered in your own name. tk3666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed in your Account cashier. tk3666 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request; however, additional verification steps may extend this period.
5.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds remaining after wagering requirements have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
5.5 tk3666 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
Clause 6
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by tk3666 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Bonuses are awarded at tk3666's sole discretion. tk3666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to any accrued wagering already in progress.
6.3 Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players on bonus conditions — constitutes an abuse of bonuses and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, as well as permanent account closure.
6.4 Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonuses expire 7 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
6.2 Bonuses are awarded at tk3666's sole discretion. tk3666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to any accrued wagering already in progress.

Account Closure and Termination
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.

12.3 In the event of Account closure by tk3666 under Clause 12.2, we reserve the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety.

12.3 In the event of Account closure by tk3666 under Clause 12.2, we reserve the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety.
